Cru 2018 Sauvignon Blanc
Our 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is bright and fresh, with passionfruit and citrus aromas on offer. Flavours of lime and grapefruit with a touch of melon leave you wanting more. The mouthfeel is textural with a touch of complexity provided by a small barrel ferment component. Our tasty and bright Sauvignon Blanc is nicely matched to a well-seasoned charcoal baked whole Barramundi with a rocket and pear balsamic salad. This is a terrifically versatile wine which pairs with a wide range of foods.
